I have a habit of trying new wellness products and dropping them after a few weeks. Nervifresh is one of the few I've actually kept. The reason isn't because of a single dramatic moment but rather the quiet feeling that the habit is doing more good than harm. I also like that the brand doesn't lean on aggressive marketing.
